ASC Circular 2022-004 – ASC Operation on National Heroe’s Day

Please be guided on ASC’s operations on August 29, 2022, Monday, National Heroes Day:

Stage 1: ASC receives the appeal but the case does not proceed	Free of charge	Free of charge
Stage 2: ASC begins the appeals process but appellant withdraws before any hearing occurs	P5,000	P10,000
Stage 3: Appellant proceeds with adjudication in the ASC, hearing takes place	P20,000	P40,000

NOTE: Results of regular S1 and S2 applications filed on Friday, August 26 will be released on Saturday, August 27 between 7AM to 12Noon.
